LJ Hooker

We are a family of five and I'm also 7 1/2 months pregnant. We booked and fully paid for holiday accommodation for 8 days. We paid several weeks in advance and when we showed up to pick up the keys we were shown nothing but disrespect by their rude staff and were told we were unable to stay in the accomodation we had fully paid for in advance.
When we asked for an explanation we were told nothing. I am still baffled as to the reasons. I will never go through LJ Hooker again.
Utterly disgusted with their service.
